This Sauvignon Blanc has a pale yellow color with tones of green, with intense aromas of tropical fruits, herbs, and notes of citrus. On the palate the refreshing tropical and citrus flavors shine to finish with balance and delightful soft persistent finish.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation temperatures between 14oC and 15oC.
FINNING AND FILTRATION: Once the blend is made, the wine is clarified and stabilized in cool temperatures, and later filtered. The wine then is filtered sterile by membrane filter to ensure the microbiological stability.
AGING: No oak.
FOOD MATCHINGS: As an appetizer, seafood, fish and salads.
Serving Temperature: Serve at 49 - 54 degrees
